Heather Cunningham from Pittenweem has always enjoyed art. As a primary teacher it was a valuable tool in her teaching and for years she took art workshops at The Waid Academy Community Centre.

Since retiring she has enjoyed painting for herself at Kellie Castle, exhibiting her work in both the Castle and at Pittenweem Arts Festival since 2006.

She has also exhibited at Babirnie Gallery, Markinch, in Dundee at The Tasting Rooms, The Fisheries Museum, Anstruther and Cambo House, Kingsbarns.

She achieved a ‘Shell Commendation Award’ for her work at Kirkcaldy Museum Art Exhibition.
